- Soft drinks
- Sweet fruity drinks (high in sugar)
- Potato chips and other chips
- Fried foods (oily foods)
- French fries (oily foods)
- Fast food meats like hotdogs, salami (processed meat)
- Sugary and fatty foods like cakes, icings and pastries.
- Too much carbohydrates like white rice (can increase blood sugar levels).
Eat more of these foods:
- Fish, chicken without skin
- Beans and nuts
